Any company booking five or more nights per month qualifies for a corporate account. We also work with project-based clients who have a defined programme — even if the volume is lower, we can discuss a tailored arrangement.
At the end of each month we issue a single VAT-compliant invoice covering all stays in that period. The invoice is itemised by property, guest, and dates. We can accommodate purchase order references and work with your accounts payable team on payment terms.
Yes. We have properties across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, and Bloemfontein. Your account manager handles all bookings regardless of city — you deal with one person, not six different contacts.
Extensions are accommodated subject to availability — we hold a buffer in our most-requested properties for exactly this reason. Shortenings are handled on a case-by-case basis; our standard corporate agreement includes a 48-hour change window without penalty.
Yes. We provide monthly occupancy reports showing guest name, property, check-in and check-out dates, and city. For clients with a travel management company, we can provide data in a format compatible with most TMC platforms.
